1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

The website does not require user accounts. We process data in the following situations:

Contact form - we process the data you voluntarily provide in the form (full name, e-mail address, phone, company name, message content). Purpose: responding to the inquiry, preparing an offer, scheduling a system demo. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest - handling correspondence). Form messages are delivered via the EmailLabs service (Vercom S.A.) acting as a data processor.
E-mail or phone contact - as above, for data provided in correspondence.
Visit statistics - we use a self-hosted Umami analytics tool, which does not use cookies and does not collect data allowing personal identification (IP addresses are anonymized, no cross-site tracking). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest - visit statistics).

3. Cookies

The cloudbankingplatform.com website does not use cookies requiring consent - no marketing or analytics cookies. For this reason, we do not display a cookie banner.

4. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to entities providing technical services for us (website hosting, EmailLabs/Vercom S.A. e-mail delivery) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

5. Retention period

We keep business correspondence for the duration of discussions and - if cooperation is established - for the period required by law (tax, accounting). Correspondence that did not lead to cooperation is deleted no later than after 3 years.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

access your data and receive a copy of it,
rectify (correct) your data,
erase your data,
restrict processing,
object to processing,
data portability,
lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission (TLS), access control, and secure data processing practices developed over 15 years of building software for the financial sector (GDPR, KNF recommendations, DORA).

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website evolves. The current version is always available at cloudbankingplatform.com/en/privacy-policy.html. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version (polityka-prywatnosci.html) prevails.
